Sands of Service is a nonprofit corporation that was formed on October 4, 2022, in the State of Utah. Per a letter from the Internal Revenue Service dated March 12, 2024, Sands of Service is determined to be a public charity and exempt from federal tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). The effective date of the exemption is October 4, 2022. You should check with your tax advisor to determine the deductibility of your charitable donations for income tax purposes.
